MISSION: Be a blessing to others daily through personal care and putting others first. 

VISION: Become the #1 company in the world, through being a BLESSING to others, through exceptional customer service and empowering individuals to put others first.

Our goal within the next two (2) years is to be a blessing to Five Million individuals. Once that number is reached we will raise it to what has been placed on our hearts. We are looking for partners and sponsors who believe in our mission and want to join the J & L Innovations movement!

J & L Innovations is a multi-divisional Personal Service company specializing in In-Home Care and care for individuals with mental and physical disabilities in our Never Lost Community. Our clients are individuals who have physical and mental disabilities, recovering from drug addiction, homeless men, women and children. We provide care for victims of child abuse, sexual assault and domestic violence. We provide care from 1 hour to 24 hours a day. Our clients in our Residential homes are provided activities, transportation and three (3) meals a day.

Whether it is In-Home Care or care in our Never Lost Community we provide care to individuals from all walks of life that need assistance with instrumental Daily Activities of Living and Daily Activities of Living.
