Mrs. & Mr. Wood,

You were introduced to our J & L Innovations, LLC family by the Department of Veteran Affairs when we received your authorization for care. Mrs. Wood had a very pleasant conversation with Jessica Valderrama and a date was set for us to come find out how “Our Purpose was going to be your blessing”. You had great relationship with all of our caregivers who were blessed with the opportunity to take care of you and Mr. Wood. You loved them all Especially Ty Lipsey a local caregiver of Corsicana TX. We remember you telling Ms. Jas, whatever needs to happen for Ty to stay, make it happen, because I love Ty and don’t want to lose her. 

Mr. Wood,

It was an honor to be a part of your family and see they amazing bond you shared with Your Wife Jeanie Wood (Steely) and our J & L Innovations, Certified Caregiver, Ms. Lipsey and spread some of your most memorable words in your state of Dementia you recognized the love Ms. Wood had for you, when you told her a few days before your passing:

“Honey I appreciate everything you do for me. You give me chocolate milk, fix me dinner and if it was reversed I would do the same and take care of you.”

This is Love and we are glad to share stories like this with the world.

Mr. Wood we love you and we will miss you and we will take care of Mrs. Wood.

Mrs. & Mr. Turner,

You were introduced to our J & L Innovations, LLC family by the Department of Veteran Affairs when we received your authorization for care. Mrs. & Mr. Turner had warm conversation with Jessica Valderrama and a date was set for us to come find out how "Our Purpose was going to be your blessing". We had the pleasure to start providing care for Mr. Turner and his family on August 30, 2021.

Mr. Turner loved to fruit especially strawberries, pineapples and grapes. Mr. Turner was old school and loved watching Westerns and was always talking about his love for the Dallas Cowboys. Most of all Mr. Turner could not go without his POPCORN with a little salt and butter. If there was an issue with Innovative care specialist we knew we would get a call from Mrs. Turner or Mr. Turner. Mr. Turner was had a great relationship with all the caregivers and he was most fond of Ms. Brown and Mrs. Arnold. Mr. Turner called our office the first or second day Mrs. Arnold was his caregiver and said, “ya’ll have really done it, I mean done it big. Ya’ll sent Mrs. Arnold over here and she cooking like this. Man ya’ll can’t take her from me.

We had the pleasure of being with Mr. Turner when the lord was calling him home. Mr. Turner started singing, This Little Light of Mine and Mrs. Arnold joined in on the song. Towards the end of his singing Mr. Turner raised his hand and said, “Thank You Lord”. 

We loved and enjoyed every day we were blessed to share time with Mr. Turner and his family and Mr. Turner will be missed as we honor his memories as the lord has called him home.

Mrs. & Mr. McCarty,

You were introduced to our J & L Innovations family on January 17, 2022 when your loving wife Mrs. McCarty called and had a pleasant conversation with Jessica Valderrama. A date was set for us to come find out how "Our Purpose was going to Be Your Blessing as well as how we would be blessed by the love on display in your family. Our care started for you and your family on January 19, 2022. 

Mr. McCarty loved Oatmeal, blueberries, strawberries for breakfast and Chocolate Ice Cream anytime he could have it. Mr. McCarty would enjoy having coffee throughout the day. Every morning after breakfast Mr. McCarty would want to visit the computer room and then to his TV room so he could read his bible before getting his day started. Even though Mr. McCarty had Dementia he was very meticulous when it came to his routines.

Mr. McCarty it was a pleasure for you and your family to trust us to provide your care and see the love on display between you and your family. Our Innovative Caregivers admired you especially, Ms. Teresa, Ms. Isis and Ms. Alma. There were many great memories shared, however one that stood out the most was Dec 2022 right before Mrs. McCarty's birthday party. She let you know there was about to be a birthday party for her and you said, "I did not get to get you anything, yet". 

This was Love on full display. We thank you for all the lessons you taught about love, caring and family. We loved and enjoyed every day we were blessed to share with the McCarty family and you will be missed as your legacy and great memories live on. Friday, February 3, 2023 we knew the lord was about to call you home when the Red Cardinal was tapping on your residence. We know you are at peace now.

Mrs. Torres

You were introduced to our J & L Innovations, LLC family when your daughter Mrs. Lavender contacted us regarding providing care for you. Mrs. Lavender had a very pleasant conversation with Jessica Valderrama and a date was set for us to come find out how “Our Purpose was going to be your blessing”. You had great with our caregivers Ms. Mack a local caregiver of Desoto TX and Ms. Vasquez a local caregiver of Dallas TX who were blessed with the opportunity to take care of you.  

Mr. Torres,

It was an honor to be a part of your family and see the love shown in your household. To see love and bond you shared with Mrs. Lavender and Gabby was amazing.  

Mr. Torres we love you and we will miss you and we will take care of your family if they needs anything.

Ms. Mack wanted to express her feeling, "I can't find the words to express how wonderful Mrs. Alma Torres was. Not just as a client, but as a person a sweet warming spirit that filled the room, around her smile that I was greeted with daily was something to look forward to. Our long talks about life and the past experiences we both endured, the movies we watched together laughing and relaxing, the meals we shared but most of all the times we listened to gospel music and hymns and didn't make a sound.

Mrs. & Mr. Johnson,

You were introduced to our J & L Innovations, LLC family by the Department of Veteran Affairs when we received your authorization for care. Mrs. Johnson had a very pleasant conversation with Jessica Valderrama and a date was set for us to come find out how “Our Purpose was going to be your blessing”. You had great relationship with all of our caregivers who were blessed with the opportunity to take care of you and Mrs. Johnson loved them all Especially Mr. Fridia a local caregiver of Dallas TX. Mrs. Johnson, we knew how important it was for someone to be there with Mr. Johnson when you left for work and Mr. Fridia was on top of it.  

Mr. Johnson,

It was an honor to be a part of your family and see they amazing bond you shared with Your Wife Doris Johnson and our J & L Innovations, Certified Caregiver, Mr. Fridia. We loved hearing your stories about your time in the Marines as well as your time driving for DART.  

Mr. Johnson we love you and we will miss you and we will take care of Mrs. Johnson if she needs anything.

Mrs. McLean had a very pleasant conversation with Jessica Valderrama and a date was set for us to come find out how “Our Purpose was going to be your blessing”. You had great relationship with all of our caregivers who were blessed with the opportunity to take care of you and Mrs. McLean loved Ms. Chilton a local caregiver of Corsicana TX.

It was an honor to be a part of your family and see the love shown in your household all the way down to the grandchildren. The amazing bond you shared with Your Wife Angie McLean and how she took care of you was a really showed her love for you.  

Mr. McLean we love you and we will miss you and we will take care of Mrs. McLean if she needs anything.

You had great relationship with all of our caregivers who were blessed with the opportunity to take care of you and Mrs. Zan loved Ms. Cleveland a local caregiver of Bremond TX. 

Mr. Zan,

It was an honor to be a part of your family and see the love shown in your household. The amazing bond you shared with Your Wife Bernadine Zan and how she took care of you left us in awe.   

Mr. Zan we love you and we will miss you and we will take care of Mrs. Zan if she needs anything.
