Guided by the characteristics of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, we stand on the foundation of the Fruits of the Spirit for all we are blessed to provide care for in the Never Lost Community. The Never Lost Community is for Senior and individuals with physical, mental, developmental and intellectual disabilities. We strive to create a safe, comfortable and nurturing environment that resembles home for our residents, who may be dealing with conditions such as Autism, Parkinson's, Dementia, Alzheimer's, Down Syndrome, Muscular Dystrophy, Blindness, Hearing Impairments, Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, Heart Disease, Diabetes, and Mental Retardation. We offer personalized living arrangements for each resident, accompanied by a dedicated caregivers. We provide three meals daily and assistance with dressing, bathing, grooming, as well as the opportunity for physical, mental and spiritual growth. Innovative Care Analysis

J & L Innovations provides a free analysis for all prospective clients who are willing to determine the family and client(s) needs. During our Innovative Care Analysis we will discuss options for care, based on the care needs of the client(s) and the family. We understand not all care is done in a residential setting, which gives us the pleasure to meet the client(s) and their family wherever care will be provided. Based on the Innovative Care Analysis we will develop and Innovative Care Plan specific to your needs outlining the following:

Your loved ones specific care goals, medical history and lifestyle
Develop an Innovative Care Plan based on the wants and needs of the family
Select the right caregivers for your loved one
Evaluate pricing and payment options to best fit the family budget
Initiate care and outline an ongoing family communication plan

Alzheimer's & Dementia Care
J & L Innovations pays for access and rights to utilize a program for seniors with Alzheimer’s and dementia: Senior Gems. The Senior Gems program was designed by experts to help your loved one live the fullest life possible. We are happy to focus on what each person can do and what makes them unique and special. This positive focus allows us—and you—to treasure the person in front of us today, even as the brain changes with Alzheimer’s and dementia.
Parkinson's Care
J & L Innovations pays for access and the rights for a Parkinson's Care Program. The Parkinson’s Care Program is a specialized training and certification program created in conjunction with leading experts from the Parkinson Foundation’s Center of Excellence. This program, the first of its kind in the in-home senior care industry, is designed to provide our caregivers with the expert training and education necessary to create personalized care plans for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease.
Companion Care
Our companion care line of senior home health care services offers daily companionship and assistance with daily living activities. If your loved one is living alone and your visits are limited, social interaction becomes very important to their happiness and helps prevent feelings of isolation and depression. Whether they need a little fun or maybe just help keeping house and running errands, we have you covered with home care activities.
Personal Care
Our personal care line of services helps your loved ones with more intimate, non-medical care needs. Whether it is for normal aging challenges, hospital recovery or sickness, we are here to make everyday life easier and more manageable. Our experienced caregivers are specifically trained to handle these tasks and our care managers will be closely involved to conduct periodic assessments to survey your loved one's care.
Transitional Care
J & L Innovations pays for access, knowledge and rights to utilize a transitional care program that makes the transition from a hospital or long term care facility to home easier. This program provides a unique approach to care management that is built around patient goals and creating a safe environment for recuperation. Let us provide you with the peace of mind and confidence that your loved one is going home – and staying home - safely.
Chronic Disease Care
J & L Innovations creates comprehensive Innovative Care Plans for non-medical management and support of chronic diseases and conditions, including Cancer, Arthritis, Diabetes, Heart Disease, Multiple Sclerosis and Osteoporosis.
VA Benefit Assistance
As experts in the senior care industry, J & L Innovations understands the needs of our Veterans. We work seamlessly with the professional assistance organizations to make sure that Veterans and their spouses receive the benefits they deserve as quickly as possible. While the assistance organization helps you start your application, Senior Helpers will begin to provide the in-home quality senior care you deserve.
Respite Care
J & L Innovations Respite Care Services enable your senior loved one to comfortably remain in their own home, while providing you with a much-needed interval of rest or relief. As the primary caregiver for your loved one, it is important to recognize that it is ok to take a break from your caregiving responsibilities.
Surgery Assistance & Sitter Service
You want to be there with your elderly family member every minute of the day, but you simply can't. J & L Innovations can help. We can monitor your elderly loved one while they are in the hospital so that you can go to work or simply take a break. Our professional, locally-based caregivers are available 24-hours a day to give you the peace of mind that your loved one is not alone.
Wellness Watch
Wellness Watch provides a team of professionals to periodically check-in on your loved one to ensure that they are in good health and spirits. Wellness Watch will bring you the peace of mind you need so you can focus on all of life’s other pressing matters.
End-of-Life Support Care
We help families navigate the full continuum of senior care. At some point, the focus may shift from helping a senior client with health and recovery to providing comfort and support. We are available to work alongside your local hospice and provide around-the-clock care for your loved one. Our Caregivers receive in-depth end-of-life training to provide the personal and emotional support your loved one and the family needs during this difficult time.
